The official address

Verify it in three places that must agree: this page, the pinned post on x.com/kestrelbrowser, and the verified list inside Kestrel Browser, which marks the official token. If any one of them differs, stop. We never DM. Anything else is a clone.

What the token is not

Not equity, not a share of revenue, not a promise of anything by anyone. Not required for safety: Shield, transaction simulation, domain blocking and Hover checks never ask for it. Not something you send anywhere to unlock a feature; anyone asking for a transfer is a scammer.

Supply and distribution

The team's wallet and the rule it follows

The team wallet is the creator wallet above. Its tokens are locked for 90 days on Streamflow (contract linked in the table); nothing can move before the lock ends. The rule after the lock is published here before the lock ends, with a dated line under Changes.

Treasury

No treasury wallet exists yet. When it does, its address appears here first. Planned rules, final once the address is published: funded by the venue's creator fees; spent on development, Shield infrastructure and rewards for Shield reporters; never on market making and never on paid promotion of the token; movements visible on chain, large ones announced before they happen.

Two tiers: Free and Premium

Premium is 1,000,000 KESTREL held in the wallet inside Kestrel Browser. There is nothing else to do: no transaction, no signature, no registration.

Coming to Premium, each in an update and marked here the day it arrives: Radar filters with saved presets, alert rules of your own making, copy trading with caps, a priority lane for execution, an API. Safety is never part of a tier, and it never will be.

How it works, exactly:

• The app reads the balance of the wallet inside Kestrel Browser when it starts, every ten minutes, and a few seconds after that wallet sends or swaps anything. Tokens in another wallet or on an exchange are not seen.
• A small dip changes nothing: once Premium is yours it stays while the balance is at or above 900,000 KESTREL, ten percent under where it starts. Below that floor the tier changes at the next read, with the floor and the reason shown inside the app, never a silent lock.
• A check that cannot be made is forgiven for up to 24 hours, for a Premium verified earlier in the same session. A check that works and finds the tokens gone ends it at once.
• If a tier drops, the followed wallets over the quota are kept in the profile, not lost: the oldest stay active, the rest come back with the quota.
• The threshold and the rates come from the list published at kestrelbrowser.com/registry.json, signed with the Kestrel registry key and verified inside the app. A list that does not verify is ignored and the app stays on Free. That list can lower a fee or widen a quota; nothing in it can raise the fee above 0.25 percent, which is a change of the app itself, a new version and a dated line on this page, together.

Fees and the token

Swaps in Kestrel Browser carry a fee, taken as one plain SOL transfer added to the end of the swap: 0.25 percent of the SOL side on Free, nothing on Premium. The SOL side is the SOL that goes in when you swap SOL for a token, and the SOL that comes back when you swap a token for SOL. The transfer is on the list of what the transaction does before you sign it, to the last lamport. When a swap has no room left for that transfer, the swap goes out without the fee.

No share of Kestrel Browser fees goes to the token, and no buy-back or burn is in place. If that ever changes it appears here before it ships.

The second network

A second Kestrel token on another network will open the same tiers. It is not live. When it is, its address appears here first, then in the pinned post and in the verified list.

How to report a fake

Fake tokens, fake support accounts, anyone using our name: tell us in the Telegram announcement channel (t.me/kestrelbrowser) or write to hello@kestrelbrowser.com with a link. We never DM you back; we answer in public.

Changes

• 2026-10-01: more than one wallet on a device, with v0.5: up to 100 on Free and 1,000 on Premium, the quotas carried in the signed registry like the others. One wallet holding 1,000,000 KESTREL makes every wallet on the device Premium.
• 2026-09-22: two tiers instead of three. Pro and Elite are gone; Premium is 1,000,000 KESTREL held in the wallet inside the browser, the Free fee is 0.25 percent of a swap's SOL side and Premium pays none. Followed wallets: 1 on Free, 25 on Premium. An unreachable check is forgiven for 24 hours instead of 72. The rates and quotas now travel in the signed registry under ceilings built into the app, which can lower them and never raise them. Live with v0.4.
• 2026-09-21: the launch week ended by itself, as published: from the public release to the end of that day every feature was open to everyone and swaps carried no Kestrel fee.
• 2026-09-17: page brought current: the in-app verified list is live (three places to verify now), fee-tier discounts are live, the thresholds are published (Pro 250,000, Elite 2,500,000), and the launch week (everyone Elite, no swap fee until Monday, September 21) is recorded.
• 2026-09-15: Kestrel Browser v0.2 public on Windows and macOS.
• 2026-09-08: team position published: 49,950,249 KESTREL locked for 90 days on Streamflow.
• 2026-09-07: page published with the official address, the supply, the venue and the creator wallet.
